Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world, and shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and shipping methods are selected. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals such as FREE Shipping WorldwideInternational shipping rates are calculated according to your country and that country’s shipping policies.

How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time varies from country to country. There are two factors:

1. Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This normally takes 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) to pack and pass your order to the courier. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.


2. Delivery time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has been shipped. Normally shipping to Europe US, Australia, New Zeland and Canada takes 5-10 business days but all depending on your location and the warehouse we ship from.

Delivery times can vary, as some of the products are located in Eu warehouse and the US however, in the case of high order volume our manufacturer may ship directly from their facility. When this happens, a customs, duty, tariff, or tax is applied. PawManias.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If the warehouse nearest to you if out of stock we ship from closest warehouse next to your location.

Pre-order items

Please note that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.

Wrong address

  • If our shipping company cannot match the address, we will send an email to you to confirm your address after goods are being ordered. We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address once the order is dispatched.
  • Once the order is returned back to our warehouse and you'd like to have it re-sent, the shipping fee will have to be covered by the customer again.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you.

If you would like a different size or color, please contact us to assist you with the exchange of your unwanted item to the return address provided.

You can, within 30 days of receiving a product ordered from www.pawmanias.com return any product that you are not completely happy with.
Once you decide to return any product you must not use it and must take good care of it whilst it remains in your possession. The Product must be returned to us undamaged and in the same state in which it was sold to you.

If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.

Returning Products by Post

If you wish to return an online purchase via post, please follow the instructions outlined below. Please note we do not offer pre-paid postal returns.

Complete your returns note and enclose it with your Product(s). Make sure you write the requested item (Size & Color) or the reason for return. Ensure the product(s) is in a securely wrapped parcel.

Take the parcel (with the enclosed returns note) to a Post Office or courier. Ask the Post Office or courier for your proof of posting certificate. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on dispatch and you should retain this until you receive your refund. Regrettably, we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with a proof of posting certificate.
Please remember to complete the returns note with your returned products.
It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to enable precise proof of the sending date

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the fastest shipping time, we strive to process orders and ship them within the day of order. Customers may ask to cancel their order before it's shipped out and receive a full refund. If you try to cancel your order after you received a shipping confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you. In this case you'll have to refuse delivery from your postman or return the product to us.

Refund Policy

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
If the size of the product doesn’t fit the buyer, the buyer will have to send back the item and We will send the replacement product in the size wanted
